Pastor Brian & Kelly Gallaher

Pastor Brian leads the Renaissance Men’s Ministry and is part of the Pastoral Council at Renaissance. He is the founder of Blue City Coffee. Pastor Kelly leads the Pastoral Council and leads the Renaissance Women’s Ministry. She also serves the church as the administrator. She founded Key of David Jewellery.

Pastor Brian & Kelly have two children and one grandchild and reside in McFarland, CA.

Pastor Elyanna Kim

Pastor Elyanna Kim leads the RENKIDS Team as the Children’s Pastor at Renaissance. She serves on the Pastoral Council and is the Director of ROAR Academy, a global school. She also founded AlphaBooks Bookkeeping Services and is a professional ballerina. She currently resides in Bakersfield, CA.

Pastor Julio & Dolores Rivera

Pastor Julio & Dolores lead the Renaissance E-Church (online church) and serve on the cohort leaders team for ROAR Academy. They founded Housefires, an online ministry dedicated to reaching out to people and spreading the gospel online, as well as their business, RWC Media. Pastor Dolores also leads the Renaissance Media Team.

They are blessed to have several children and grandchildren and reside in Florida.

Audria Gibson | Director of Worship

Audria Gibson is the Director of Worship at Renaissance, leading and overseeing Renaissance Worship & Renaissance Media. Through her exceptional leadership, she has grown a team of praisers and worshippers who dedicate their talents as a sacrifice of worship to the Lord. She is also a Youth Services Specialist for Bakersfield City School District and walks as a reformer, bringing the Kingdom of God wherever she goes. She currently resides in Bakersfield, CA.

Rudy & Ina Castro | DIRECTORS OF REN-COUPLES

Rudy & Ina Castro are the Directors of Couples Ministry at Renaissance with a passion to see God at the center of relationships, from couples just starting their journey to married couples continuing to pursue one another. Rudy & Ina have been married for 30+ years, are blessed with several children and grandchildren, and reside in Bakersfield, CA.

Brayan & Abigail Gonzales | DIRECTORS OF REN-YOUTH

Brayan & Abigail Gonzales are the Directors of Youth Ministry at Renaissance and have a passion to see young people on fire for God. Both Brayan & Abigail work in the education sphere and are blessed with 2 beautiful children. They currently reside in McFarland, CA.

Karen Hurlbert | Elder & Prayer Leader

Karen Hurlbert serves at Renaissance as an elder and on the Pastoral Council at Renaissance. She is also the prayer leader at Renaissance oversees Sunday Morning Prayer (9am Sunday mornings). She is a gift to the body of Christ and has been sowing into Kern County through prayer for over 40 years. She is married, has 3 children, and resides in Shafter, CA.

Adrian & Adriana Villareal | DIRECTORS OF FAMILY LIFE

Adrian & Adriana are the directors of Family Life at Renaissance with a passion to see the community come together as family through fun and fellowship. Adrian is also the Director of Media for ROAR Academy and founded Adrian V Media. Adriana is a hairdresser and brings hope to every person who sits in her chair. Together, this powerhouse couple have 3 children and reside in Bakersfield, CA.

Carolyn Barnes | ELDER + DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY

Carolyn Barnes serves as an elder and is part of the Pastoral Council at Renaissance. She also is the director of hospitality and leads the Renaissance Events Committee. Carolyn is a retired educator and is passionate about prayer & intercession, prophetic, and seeing God move in our city. She currently resides in Bakersfield, CA.
