We believe that the knowledge of God needs to lead us into an experience of God. Knowledge of God alone is insufficient, just as an experience of God alone is insufficient. Both is needed. Moreover, both knowledge and experience of God is rooted in relationship. Therefore, we are given the greatest commandment to love the Lord our God with all of our heart and with all of our soul and with all of our mind and with all of our strength (Matthew 22:37; Luke 10:27; Job 42:5; 1 Corinthians 2:4-5; Psalm 24)
We honor because we sit in a seat of honor – with Christ in heavenly places. We honor one another by preferring one another in love. A culture of Honor and Love releases love (Ephesians 6:2; 1 Peter 2:17).
The goodness of God never changes. It is eternal. God’s goodness is who He is as He is also holy, righteous, merciful and just. As His children, God pours His goodness upon us and always works all things for our ultimate good (Exodus 33:19; Exodus 34:5-7; Romans 8:28).
For those who are in Christ, we have been set free from the law of sin and death and we have been set free to be who we are in Christ Jesus to the glory of the Father. Jesus Christ promised that we would do greater works than He did while on this earth since He went to be with the Father. We have been empowered and free to usher in His kingdom (John 14:12; Romans 12:1-2; 1 Corinthians 1:18).
